MI Workplace
Cyclical Intelligence in Action

MI Workplace offers interactive 90-minute workshops that help organisations understand, support and enable employees through menstrually informed working practices.

For managers, HR teams and organisational wellbeing leads.

Drawing on expertise in public mental health and service management, alongside lived experience, the workshops explore how menstrual variations can influence health, wellbeing and working capacity, and how workplace practices can better respond to individual needs.

From developing menstrual health awareness and exploring practical adjustments to recognising different working rhythms and capabilities, MI Workplace encourages managers to look beyond conventional approaches and consider what else might be possible.

These workshops can be booked individually as live online sessions or combined into an in-person full-day programme.
